What to expect in therapy
You can expect expert, non-judgmental care with authenticity and empathy. Therapy is a safe space to identify what is holding you back, set goals, and develop the skills to go forward.
If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Reach out today to schedule your free consultation and learn more about therapy in California.
My approach to therapy
I believe in tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs and interests, drawing from both scientific and holistic approaches to create a meaningful and personalized plan. While we cannot change the past, we can understand how it shapes your present and work toward healthier patterns.
My goal is to empower you with practical tools and insight rather than keep you in therapy longer than necessary. There is no pressure to commit to weekly sessions, and many clients return when they want additional support.
Together, we will explore the patterns and perceptions that may be holding you back so you can uncover your strengths, reconnect with your potential, and build a life that feels balanced and worth celebrating. My intention is to support your growth into a healthy, whole version of yourself and to help you move through your life with clarity, resilience, and confidence, both during and beyond our work together.
Therapy tailored to your needs
When we work together, I will draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches. Don’t expect a one-size-fits-all therapy approach! We will select approaches that address your experiences and your goals. These may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
- Culturally Sensitive
- Dialectical (DBT)
- Eclectic
- EMDR
- Family/Marital
- Family Systems
- Integrative
- Person-Centered
- Solution Focused Brief (SFBT)
- Strength-Based
and other modalities to meet your needs and goals.
